Ohm (Syllabe sacrée)
Ohm représente le passé, le présent et le futur. Dans l'hindouisme, c'est le son de la création. Il représente également le Tout Universel, on l'utilise avant et après le yoga. Le Ohm est caractéristique des trois Vedas (connaissance). Il s'agit de textes religieux de l'hindouisme. Les lettres représentent les trois dieux Vishnu, Shiva, Brahma. Ou sont interprétés comme des symboles pour les trois états de conscience.
Vishnu représente l'éveil, Shiva pour les rêves et Brahmapour le sommeil profond, puis vient le silence.
